ELIGIBILITY
This tournament is open to all active members of the PGA of Québec Class A and apprentice.
We suggest that you register as a team with a member of your club but if you are unable to do so, please contact Eric Couture at eric@pgaquebec.com to find a partner (only for the 1st day of the event).
AMATEUR REGISTRATION
If you're an amateur who'd like to come and play with a PGA of Québec Professional, it's now possible. You can register by clicking on Register as an NCCP coach at the bottom of this page. We look forward to seeing you there. to find a partner.
The PGA of Québec reserves the right to accept additional registrations after the deadline, but only if there is space available. Each of these cases will be evaluated by the General Manager (additional fees will apply).
PLAYING FORMAT
This 36-hole competition will have different playing formats per day:
- Day 1
- Individual competition for the pros;
- Team competition of two (1 pro and 1 amateur): best ball net (80% of the handicap for amateurs).
- Day 2
- Individual competition for the pros.
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fees for this competition are as follows:
- A professional: $300
- An amateur: $130
- One professional and one amateur: $430
STARTING TIMES
Starting times will be available at least 7 days prior to the start of the competition. Please note that on day 1, it’s a Pro-Am so we will have groups of 4 players, 2 amateurs and 2 professionals. On day 2, only professionals are playing and will be paired in groups of 3.
PURSE AND RANKING
The total purse for this competition will be determined after the registration deadline.
SFL Ranking: Points will be awarded for the individual professional ranking.
In the event of a tie for first place, a playoff will be held to determine the winner and award the purse and points to a champion. For all other positions, the prize money and points will be shared equally among the tied players.
TOP 25: All professionals will receive points in the Top 25 Professional Development ranking.
REFUND POLICY
- Before the registration deadline: if the PGA of Québec receives a written withdrawal (email), the registration fee will be fully refunded.
- After the registration deadline: There are no refunds after the registration deadline. The only situation where we can refund a player is if he/she suffers an injury that prevents him/her from taking part in the competition.
