ELIGIBILITY
This tournament is open to all active members of the PGA of Québec Class A and apprentice.
A maximum of 50 professionals can participate in this tournament and the selection method is first come, first served. Priority will be given to PGA of Québec professionals until June 22nd.
The PGA of Québec reserves the right to accept additional registrations after the deadline, but only if there is space available. Each of these cases will be evaluated by the General Manager (additional fees will apply).
PLAYING FORMAT
This 18-hole competition will have two playing formats:
- Individual competition for the pros;
- Team competition of four (1 pro and 3 amateurs): Best 2 balls on each hole (Gross score for pros and net scores for amateurs (100% of the handicap).
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fees for this competition is $ 100 per professional.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
This schedule is applicable for both courses:
- Greeting: 9 am to 10:30 am
- Brunch: 10:30 to 11:30 am
- Shotgun start: 12 pm
- Cocktail reception: 5:30 pm
PURSE AND RANKING
All contestants will get paid $ 150 for their participation.
There will also be a purse in play of $ 6,000 on each course up for grabs.
SFL Ranking: Points will be awarded for the individual professional ranking.
In the event of a tie for first place, a playoff will be held to determine the winner and award the purse and points to a champion. For all other positions, the prize money and points will be shared equally among the tied players.
TOP 25: All professionals will receive points in the Top 25 Professional Development ranking.
REFUND POLICY
- Before the registration deadline: if the PGA of Québec receives a written withdrawal (email), the registration fee will be fully refunded.
- After the registration deadline: There are no refunds after the registration deadline. The only situation where we can refund a player is if he/she suffers an injury that prevents him/her from taking part in the competition.
